Held once a month on the second Wednesday of every month March through June, this exclusive series unfolds as a living culinary narrative—each chapter building upon the last.

Each month, our chefs present a multi-course tasting menu inspired by different regions of the world, interpreting its flavors, techniques, and traditions through a refined, modern lens. Alongside the cuisine, our mixologist curates thoughtfully paired craft cocktails and wines from around the globe, designed to complement and elevate each course while reflecting the spirit of the featured region.
